Individual Support

PRACTICAL HELP | HONEST ADVICE

What I Offer

  • Ongoing Support (Retainer)
Your dedicated tech person on a monthly basis. I handle your devices, security, backups, and whatever comes up — so you're not dealing with it. Best for small businesses and practices that want someone reliable on call.

    Project Work
A defined job with a clear start and finish — setting up a new business, migrating systems, cleaning up a mess, getting things organized properly. One engagement, done right.

    One-Time Help
A single problem solved. For when something specific comes up and you don't need anything ongoing.

    Remote or In-Person
I work both ways — remotely for most things, on-site when it's faster to be in the room. Serving Rensselaer County, Albany, and the surrounding area.

  • I work both remotely and in person.

Remote covers most things — quick fixes, setup, ongoing support, anything that doesn't need hands on the hardware. In person is for when it's faster to be in the room, or when you'd rather I just handle it on-site.

In-person service covers Rensselaer County, Albany, and the surrounding Capital Region. Remote support is available anywhere.

  • Every situation is a little different, so I'll always give you a clear price before any work starts — no surprises.

As a general sense of where things land: one-time help starts at $150, project work is quoted per job, and ongoing support is a flat monthly rate based on what you need.

The best way to get an accurate number is a quick conversation. Book a free consultation and I'll tell you straight what it'll take.

I offer a few ways to work together depending on what you need. Not sure what fits? Get in touch and we'll figure it out.
